Assessment on efficiencies of regional technological innovation: A case of Zhejiang Province

摘要：
In this article the concept regional technological innovation efficiencies are introduced. Using Zhejiang Provincial statistic data, the efficiencies of regional technological innovation are computed By DEA model. And regression analysis is done to test the factors affecting the efficienies. The research results reveal that enterprise ownership system, intensity of R&D project input, firm colony structure, industrial enterprise clusters have significant relationship with the efficiencies. However, governmental input on technological innovation has no significant improvement on the efficiencies. Therefore, the policies of regional technological innovation should pay attention to system innovation, industrial layout, and improvement of marketing environments.
