摘要
The electronic control system lays a good foundation for the accuracy control of the automatic transmission(AT) and exploits the prospect of it. Mastering AT internal structure and operating principle is significant for students who major in automobile engineering. For the language-descriptive narrating, professors' expression ability is fundamental while the understanding ability for students is necessary; For the Multimedia teaching, the contents could be readily understandable by students, but it is not easy for lecturers to make plentiful and realistic multimedia courseware. And for the disassembly and assembly teaching, students could deepen the intuitive understanding of each component structure, nevertheless, dynamical operating condition of AT is lacked. This study develops a new-style AT teaching system which brings in the real AT and combines the principle interpretation with the practical AT operation. The hardware-in-loop multimedia, on the one hand, lights the teaching burden of lecturer; And for the most important, the vivid and direct teaching method would let students have a greater awareness of the structure and the dynamic operating condition of all the subsystems in AT and spend less time on conjecturing the stiff words on book or PPT. With spare time, students could exert their creative minds to redesign or improve the existed mechanical structure, hydraulic circuitry or circuitry connection.
