Tzvetan Todorov, the publisher and preface writer of the Poetics at Le Seuil, looks back on the different stages of the publishing process of the book by Roselyne Dupont-Roc and Jean Lallot. He mentions, in particular, the seminar of 1973-1974 at the Ecole normale superieure, where literary theorists and philologists worked together.
