The temperature change in SnO2-based gas sensors during sensing reaction

摘要
The variation regularity of the temperature change Delta t(rea) in gas sensors with the reducing gas concentration during sensing reaction is proposed. The relation between the reaction exothermic rate and the temperature change is derived. A general form of the rate equation of surface reaction is given. The dependence of the gas sensing sensitivity on the gas concentration is described. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
