摘要
Demographic transformations towards depopulation and ongoing process of ageing of societies lean to search for solutions that can enable minimisation of negative results of these transformations. Consequences of these transformations can be felt also by enterprises and employees. The concept of age management can be a chance for improvement of the situation of companies as well as whole teams of employees, by building intergenerational labour teams. This can significantly improve the situation of older workers, whose professional situation becomes more difficult along with age. The article presents an attempt to determine whether in entities where respondents are hired use tools of age management and to which extent. For this aim, own studies among employees hired in companies located in Lubuskie voivodeship were conducted.
