摘要：
The number of road accidents in Europe is falling, while the number of vehicles is increasing. Despite the fact the Slovak republic is about 300 deaths in road accidents every year. Article contains analysis of traffic accidents in Slovakia focusing on accidents of walking and cyclists. It also includes a description of the measures implemented to reduce traffic accidents on the road. Article also includes conceptual design, diagram and description of the construction equipment to reduce traffic accidents pedestrians and cyclists. Also it includes a quantification of the costs for collective realization and implementation of the facility.
