摘要
A miniaturized three channel mm wave receive front-end is realized. The final results are: between the frequency range (36-38GHz), the gain of the whole front-end is 25dB, noise figure is less than 6.5dB, the switch time is less than 60nS, isolation is greater than 35dB.
