摘要：
The paper analyzed the characteristics of software engineering and major problems existing in the teaching practice, namely, lack of non-technical skills training. To tackle the problem, a number of reforms on teaching contents and methods were explored in the paper. The non-technical skills are indispensable in training qualified software talents and this paper rendered some new perspectives on this issue.
