摘要
In this research work a multi-terminal HVDC-VSC structure, interconnecting large-scale wind farms to the grid, is thoroughly investigated. The multi-terminal topology is a double-input single-output DC-link corridor. Such topology is intended to efficiently interconnect nearby wind farms to the AC system through a single DC corridor. The analysis is focused mainly on the system response to different fault events. The results obtained from simulations provide valuable information oriented to the development of useful platforms for the design and testing of novel wide-area control strategies for operating multiple interconnected DC corridors. The performance of topology is clearly presented throughout a number of study cases. The modeling and simulation have been carried out using Matiab/Simulink(C).
