摘要：
One of the four necessary infrastructures of Agile Virtual Enterprises (AVEs)----Virtual Cooperation Web (VCW) which is also called manufacturing resource information web is studied in this paper. Its four key functions are put forward and described, and its effect as a kind of cooperation mechanism that is important for the successfully establishing and operation of AVEs is demonstrated using trust theories and games theories. At last, two typical VCWs in China are introduced.
