摘要：
The application of advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) has promoted the changes of organizational management modes in the manufacturing firms. Most of the firms still follow the traditional modes after the adoption of new technology systems and so the technologies don't work with an expectable performance. Organizational changes in accordance with AMT implementation have been the urgent pending problems. The influential organizational factors is summarized and analyzed in the paper, and a framework is proposed to demonstrate the relationship between the organizational mode and effective implementation of AMT.
