摘要
The Multi-Mission Operations Center (MMOC) is the nerve center of the ROCSAT Ground Segment for multi-satellites command and control. It is responsible for every aspect of each satellite's command and control, including telemetry receiving and level 0 science data processing, uplink commanding, spacecraft and payload health monitoring, ground system pass reconfiguration and status monitoring, and data archive and retrieval.
