摘要：
The ancillary services market is operated as a supplementary market to ensure the accomplishment of the requirements of energy market as the main market. Power production and distribution are subjects of several technical constraints. For efficient and secure power system operation, the Transmission System Operator has to administer appropriate tools that are purchased as ancillary and balancing services. The function of supplementary markets is to improve the competition on electrical energy market. The companies providing ancillary services could compete with each other. Keeping in mind the technical and commercial manner of the ancillary services market, it should be built to enable the competition between providers of ancillary services.
