摘要：
The strength and limit state criteria should take into account stresses in all elements of surface of a body. The authors offer a new system of invariants of stress tensor. The invariants are derived as the rated contour integrals of stresses along the domain bounded by the Mohr circles. The average values of shear and normal stresses and their ratio are estimated. The article exemplifies application of limit stress conditions to formulation of the associated flow rule in geomaterials.
