摘要
Starting from the complex character of the area revealed the components universe rural economic, social, environmental and socio-cultural background is necessary to solve this problem its action and interdependent factors. Given the relationship of interdependence and complementarities of economic processes in general, the countryside phenomenology investigation starts, not from a sequential view, but from an overall assessment of it, the coverage of all aspects and intimate relations, from framing cohesion within the meaning of reflection functions, endogenous full spectrum of all forces and resources, for the purpose of their action properly. Thus, sustainable rural development, stistainable and environmentally is considered to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Economic growth can bring solutions to environmental problems. But this development must be based on environmental capacity of regeneration of natural resources, a fair redistribution of resources. Sustainable rural development also means that economic activities in this environment can not rely solely on the entrepreneurial idea of obtaining short-term benefits, but must be evaluated, with priority, long-term costs to society. An economy is sustained by the environment, an eco-economy must establish the formulation of economic policy based on ecological principles. {36} Building an eco-economy will affect every corner of our lives. It will change how the light housing, how to feed, how we build, how we use your free time, how many children we have. This new economy will give us a world in which we will be an integral part of nature, instead of us dispose of it. {37} The current design requires an economic environment that respects the principles of functionality, the light of all its components. Natural systems provide not only goods but also services that are often more valuable than the first.
