摘要
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge sharing has become more important for a firm's effectiveness. However, knowledge sharing seems to be very difficult to implement owing to several reasons. Therefore, many scholars try to explore factors that influence team members' knowledge sharing behaviors. Since team leader plays an important role in promoting team members' knowledge sharing, this paper examines the effects of team leader's third-party conflict management behaviors on team members' knowledge sharing and probes the mediating role of psychological safety between these two variables. Implications for future studies are then discussed.
