Comparison of two screening tests of competency to stand trial for defendants with mental retardation

摘要
Scores for the four terms found by Smith and Hudson to predict competency to stand trial in defendants with mental retardation correlated significantly (r=.65) with scores on the Competency Screening Test (N=34). Agreement between sees of scores was 84%.
