IMPROVEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT DISCIPLINE IN THE COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING CAREER

摘要
The improvement of the study plans is based, the increase in quality in the teaching-learning process and the integral formation of students, these being the bases for the design of the Study Plan E of the University of Informatics Sciences. In the base curriculum of this plan, the Organizational Management discipline contributes to the diagnosis and transformation of processes in organizations with a scientific and humanistic approach to service to society. The objective of this article is to assess the improvement of the Organizational Management discipline from its evolution in the study plans of the career and the main criticisms made of the program of the Business Sciences discipline. The improvements of the new program are expressed in the design of general objectives that are gradually derived from those expressed in the Professional Model and their correspondence with the object of the profession and professional problems, the proposed knowledge system has an adequate balance in the distribution in hours between the subjects of the subjects, the skills are in correspondence with the outlined objectives, the quality of the methodological indications of the discipline.
