摘要
Cross Gain Compression in Semiconductor Optical Amplifier provides effective RZ-to-NRZ conversion, with the highest obtained pulsewidth increase. from 10 to 100 ps. It allows transmission of the output 10 Gb/s NRZ signal on metro-like links with limited power penalty. (C) 2009 Optical Society of America
