摘要
The system CCE 3000 (Calibration channel for environmental fine dust monitoring systems) allows production of test aerosols in the concentration range between 20 and 100 mu g/m(3). The stability of the aerosol output is on average 6.9% over a test period of 72 hours. Metrological traceability is established via 24-hours samples, which are taken with a small-filter device and evaluated gravimetrically. For statistical confirmation, the device under test is tested three times for 24 hours. The daily mean values of the automatic process are related to the daily mean values of the small-filter process. Upon passing the test, an automatic measuring device, whose equivalence to the reference method was already confirmed under laboratory conditions, may then be used in an air quality monitoring station. This is an important step in ensuring the data quality of continuous dust monitors.
