摘要：

The Fiber Loop Carrier system aimed at the FTTC deployment, in short FLC-C, is now being developed to provide Korea Telcom's subscribers with the broadband interactive services such as VOD, Internet, and etc. The system is largely made up of two parts; one is the telephone offices' equipment called HDT, the other is the subscribers' equipment called ONU which is installed outdoors in the area of densely populated residents. Firstly, this paper gives an outline of FLC-C system, and then introduces its network configuration and services. Secondly, its outdoor ONU cabinet and power supply inside is presented and lastly, a remote-centralized power monitoring architecture is dealt with.
