摘要
With the rapidly development and change of e-commerce, online platforms have become increasingly important. In order to promote the global digital economic, a trusted cross-border online marketplace is expected. This paper focused on the e-commerce platform and then proposed a concept model of trusted e-commerce platform from managerial perspective with three dimensions: the external environment of platform, the self-regulation of platform, and the internal management of the platform. Detailed framework was discussed for each dimension to explain how to establish a trusted online platform and the positive impacts on the e-commerce transaction were finally summarized.
