摘要：

In this paper, According to the AHP model, an assessing model for evaluating the competitive advantages of Hunan Tobacco industry has been established. In this basis, the tobacco industry's competitiveness of Hunan Tobacco industry has been measured, and the results are analyzed, which positions Hunan tobacco industry's competitive advantages. As it shown by the study, we can easily draw the conclusion that Hunan Tobacco industry ranks among the nation's top 5. However, its "Groundings" score indicates that its weakness lies in its resources and infrastructure.
