摘要：
A growing elderly population suffering from chronic and debilitating diseases, the rising cost of institutional tare, rind increasing demand from patients for home visits indicate that home tare will become a more important part of family physicians' practice in the future. We describe a model for teaching family medicine residents how to provide home services.
