摘要：
Microporous inorganic membranes of palladium, silica, carbon and zeolite were termed on a porous alpha-alumina support tube. Permeation properties of these membranes were evaluated using single- and mixed-component gases at ambient and elevated temperatures. Perm-selectivities were dependent on membrane materials and preparation methods and were related to average pore size, pore shape and adsorptivity of permeates.
