摘要
Cloud computing provides inexpensive access and use of high-end computing resources to the customers over internet. The optimal cloud resources allocation is crucial for customer satisfaction as well as for revenue maximization of cloud service provider. The proposed system contains two concepts that is cooperation and competition among providers for efficient resource allocation. In competition process providers will compete against each other to satisfy the user. Simultaneously itproposes a price policyat each stage. If all providers are satisfied, then that will be the optimum price policy. Second method is the cooperation, here all providers cooperate each other to decide which all providers will become the outsourcing provider and hosting provider. Outsourcing provider will outsource the resource request to other provider to get high revenue. Hosting provider will services its own resource request if its revenue when outsourcing is not higher than hosting revenue.
