摘要
We have worked out highly efficient method of raising the operation period of mining machines and equipment, which is based on the usage of impact-wave loading of metal. In this case active changing of a number of physic-mechanical properties and parameters of the construction stressed-destroyed state is observed, which, in it's turn, causes the increase of contact endurance and the fatigue strength of parts. The commercial tests helped us to establish that the increase of wear resistance and durability, obtained as a result of this method of treatment application, makes the operation period of parts for mining machines and equipment 20 times longer. The method suggested may be applied for the wide range of parts for mining machines and equipment and is characterized by no principal restrictions as to the clearance limits and the geometry of the machined parts. This method ap plication doesn't cause essential capital outlays and doesn't require the usage of the expensive equipment. It is characterized by such specific feature as the possibility to be realized under the conditions of underground mining and in open-pits.
