摘要：
A method for determining the clear-sky integral flux of visible solar radiation reaching the earth's surface is proposed. This method is based on virtually accurate calculations of the integral flux as a function of solar zenith angle, atmospheric optical depth, the asymmetry parameter of the scattering phase function, and surface albedo.
