摘要：
Establishment of the Capital Markets Union is one of the priorities of the new European Commission. The main reason for creation of the Capital Market Union is increasing employment rate in European Union countries. It is necessary separate the high dependence of the European Business environment from banking loan financing. One of the reason is also involve a capital markets in investment. All those Instruments should restart economy, support economic growth, creating jobs and attract investment from thirt countries. This will lead to the increasing of effectiveness and safety of the European Financial System, which will become more resistant to crises and shocks.
