摘要
As an important feature of organizations, network embeddedness has a profound impact on the headquarters relocation of the excellent private enterprises born in small cities. The existing literature shows that structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness are two dimensions of network embeddedness. The study on the effect of network embeddedness upon private enterprise headquarters relocation shows that, structural embeddedness based on network density and network position, as well as relational embeddedness based on relationship strength both play a substantial role on private enterprise headquarters relocation.
