摘要：

This is an empirical exploration of expenditure & tax competition among China local governments. We estimate every component of public expenditure & tax rate, using spatial SAR and SEM models, to provide empirical evidence about expenditure & tax competition behavior among local governments. We found that the competition behaviors among China local governments are exist, and they are determined by several aspects.
