Achromatic metasurfaces by dispersive phase compensation

摘要
Flat optics suffers from chromatic aberrations due to the phase dispersion accumulated during propagation. This limitation can be overcome with an engineered phase shift imparted by a metasurface. Planar lenses without chromatic aberrations and beam deflectors are demonstrated.
