摘要
The research and development of red and far-red light emitting phosphors for full-spectrum white LEDs is a hotspot in the field of solid state lighting. Herein, a novel garnet-type Li6CaLa2Nb2O12: Mn4+, Bi3+ (LCLN: Mn4+, Bi3+) far-red phosphor was designed and prepared via solid-state method at 900 ?. XRD, SEM and EDS were used to analyze the phase purity, morphology and element composition of LCLN: xMn(4+)/yBi(3+). The luminescence properties including PL and PLE spectra recorded at 298 K-473 K were discussed in detail. Due to spectral overlap between PL spectra of Bi3+ and the PLE spectra of Mn4+, Bi3+ was used as a sensitizer to further optimize the luminescence performance. The optimal sample LCLN: 0.004Mn(4+), 0.01Bi(3+) was selected to prepare a full-spectrum white LED with lower CCT (4553 K), relatively high Ra (96.4) and CIE color coordinates (0.336, 0.356).
