Quality Assessment Tendencies and Import Substitution Prospects of Juice Production in the Russian Market

This study is aimed at analyzing the Russian and foreign juice products markets. The research methodology includes the analysis of secondary market information. The results of this study are the general condition picture of the juice products market over the past few years and the provision of recommendations for import substitution of juices and juice products in Russia. The volumes of import and export of juice products in Russia are presented. The reasons for the dependence of Russian producers on imported raw materials are defined. The main trends in the development of Russian gardening and fruit and berry processing technologies are established.
