Measurements of Ds+ production in pp, p-Pb and Pb-Pb collisions with ALICE at the LHC

ALICE has measured D-s(+) production at mid-rapidity in pp (root s =7 TeV), p-Pb (root s(NN) =5.02 TeV) and Pb-Pb (root sNN =2.76 TeV) collisions, through the hadronic decay channel D-s(+) -> phi pi(+) -> K+ K-pi(+). The study of the D-s(+)-meson production could reveal important details about charm-quark hadronisation in the Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP). The measured D-s(+) yields in pp and p-Pb collisions and the nuclear modification factors for central and semi-central Pb-Pb collisions will be shown here as a function of transverse momentum.
