摘要
The head-on collision between two blood solitary waves in the large artery is investigated by the extended Poincare-Lighthill- (PLK) perturbation method. The results show that, up to 0 (epsilon(2)), the head-on collision of two blood solitons is elastic and the solitons preserve their original properties after the collision. The leading-order analytical phase shifts and the trajectories of the two solitons after the collision are derived explicitly. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
