摘要
Because medical devices have strict regulations on product quality, effective quality management is particularly important in this field. In this paper, biomicroscope, a commonly used medical device, is studied. After the structure and process of the biomicroscope is analyzed, it is found that the eyepiece, as important parts in biomicroscope, has insufficient process capability. Then, Six Sigma method is applied to improve the quality of the eyepiece. It is found that pressure, temperature and time are the three key characteristics that affect the key quality of the eyepiece. Then, the significance of these three key characteristics are studied and the best values are obtained. Based on the best values, the defect rate is reduced, and the quality is improved.
