摘要
In this paper, we propose a robust video-shot-change detection method based on the adjacent pixel intensity difference quantization histogram method (APIDQ), which had been reliably applied to human face recognition previously. By block-division method and adaptive threshold, experimental results show that the APIDQ method can detect the shot changes more accurately than conventional method that is very susceptible to noises.
