摘要
Eight Fusarium isolates (CCM Brno) were investigated for their ability to produce zearalenone (F-2) and trichothecenes (DAS, DON, NIV) on PDA and ground wheat grains. A higher amount of toxins was produced on ground grains. Isolates of F. culmorum and F. graminearum were the most toxigenic strains, F. solani (CCM 366, 454) was highly toxigenic only on ground grains. Strains of F. oxysporum (CCM 545, 485) were weakly toxigenic, one (CCM 485) produced the above-mentioned toxins only on wheat grains.
