摘要：
Molecular components of plant cytoskeleton and mechanisms of cytoskeleton reorganization during plant cell division are reviewed. Dynamic properties of microtubules are essential for the formation of diverse cytoskeleton structures: preprophase band, division spindle, phragmoplast. Stability and dynamics of microtubules are regulated by their interaction with a large number of proteins (structural and motor) that themselves can be modified at the specific points of cell cycle.
