摘要：
The authors report a ease of breast metastasis front a "tall cell" variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma in a 59-year-old woman. This metastasis was discovered two months after the diagnosis of an inextirpable thyroid tumor. Tall cell variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma is a sub-type of papillary carcinoma with art agressive course and frequent metastases (in patients over 50 years of age). No mammary metastasis of this tumor type has been reported so far.
