Research on Flexibility Management System on the Conduction of Financial Risk

Our country's financial markets face with enormous challenges in the open. At the same time, whether withstand the global financial crisis is the important test. In this paper, we define the meaning of financial risks while studying the documents. We also sum up the characteristics that are the complexity of conduction path and the amplification of conduction intensity by studying the new structure of China's financial industry. Finally, we set up flexible management system, which can effectively prevent the harmful effects of the financial crisis, and help to establish a found foundation.
