摘要
It is known that an extreme high level of sound pressure will lead to permanent hearing damage. The limit of sound pressure level was specified in many areas, such as occupational health and safety, environmental protection testing and consumer product safety testing. The sound pressure level emitted by consumer products is normally measured inside an acoustic room in order to minimize the effect of other sound source, including the reflected sound. It is critical to determine if the acoustic room is suitable or not for measuring sound pressure. This paper discusses two environmental correction factor determination methods for acoustic rooms and compares their operating cost and equipment investment. By using the newest the sound pressure analyzer, the measured data can be used for smart systems and internet-based solution.
