摘要
Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) speed control system is a nonlinear, multivariable and time-varying system, so that traditional PID control method cannot meet the requirements of speed control system in response to higher control accuracy and response speed. If some of the parameters exceed a certain range, the whole control system will appear unstable. On the basis of analyzing and simplifying the mathematical model of BLDCM, Predictive Functional Control (PFC) scheme is proposed to speed control for BLDCM. In order to validate the real-time of PFC algorithm, hardware circuits and software programs are designed by Choosing TMS320F2812 DSP as the main control chip and C language as control software for PC. Experimental results show that speed waves controlled by :PFC have faster response, small overshoot and small static tracking error, achieving better speed control effects.
