摘要
The paper is devoted to the problems of development of software SEMP (System of Econometric Modelling and Prediction) for econometric modelling and forecasting in macroeconomic studies. The software SEMP is intended for building and using of the econometric models. The SEMP includes procedures required for model building: statistical data editing; model specification; identification and testing of econometric models. For construction of a single equation the models of regression and autoregression types are used. For identification of simultaneous equation systems the following statistical procedures are used: Least Squares (One-Stage, Two-Stage, Three-Stage) procedures, approximating approach and the method, based on using of special prior information. Testing of the models is realized by means of statistical tests and computer simulation. Using of the models includes a decision of such problems as analysis, forecasting and simulation of dynamics of the macroeconomic factors; correction of the models; presentation of the modelling and forecasting results in the suitable form.
