摘要
The T-type voltage source inverter (VSI) has some advantages such as: better waveform quality of output voltage; reduced dV/dt; lower voltage rating devices can be used. In this paper, the investigation of the T-type voltage source inverter (VSI) used in grid-connected is presented. Firstly, the proposed carrier-based PWM (CBPWM) technique is proposed which is simple and easy to implement by comparing the carrier signal with the reference signal to generate the gating signal for power switches. Secondly, the proportional resonant controller is presented in this paper to control the injected current in order to reduce the total harmonic distortion. The simulation and experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy, where the unity grid power factor is obtained, and the THD of injected current is smaller than 5%, which is complied with IEEE 1547 standard.
