Study design: Adaptive umbrella, phase II clinical trial with 22 biomarker-based, single-arm cohorts covering 8 treatments Population: 5,467 people with non-small-cell lung cancer screened; 2,007 eligible; 302 analysed Endpoints: Progression-free survival; objective response; and durable clinical response Analysis: Bayesian adaptive statistical analysis Conclusion: Limited responses suggest need to improve targeted therapies and stratification strategies
