摘要
A new device for passive movement was developed and the somatosensory evoked magnetic fields (SEFs) were recorded with dual 37-channel biomagnetometers. Four main components, 1M(P), 2M(P), 3M(P) and 4M(P), were identified in SEFs recorded at the hemisphere contralateral to the moved finger. The equivalent current dipole (ECD) of IM(P) was considered to be generated in area 3a or 2, and ECDs of the following components were considered to be generated in area 3b or 4. The 4M(PI), the main component recorded from the hemisphere ipsilateral to the moved finger, was considered to be generated in the second sensory cortex.
