Sintering dependent physical and dielectric properties of Pb0.91La0.09(Zr0.65Ti0.35)0.9775O3 ceramics

摘要
Physical and dielectric properties of piezoelectric ceramics like lead zirconate titanate solid solutions (PZT) were studied. The homogeneity and purity of the compounds were maintained by using sol-gel method. Less calcination temperature was required for the single phase compound formation. The dielectric constant was found to increase with the increase of sintering temperature.
