摘要
The effective delivery of HIV/AIDS services in developing settings has been the focus of much interest recently with the publication in June 2002 of the WHO document Scaling up antiretroviral therapy in resource limited settings (http://www.who.int/hiv/topics/arv/ ISBN9241545674.pdf). Much of the literature discusses the implementation of such services at a strategic level: in this article, we describe our practical experiences of providing HIV/AIDS care through a specialist clinic in Uganda.
